5 Days Tanzania Explorer Safari


Explore the best of both "wilds" as you explore some of the regions in northern Tanzania that are promising when it comes to wildlife and wilderness exposure.




Day 1: Arusha, Ngorongoro Conservation Area

Pick up from Kilimanjaro International Airport and transfer to Arusha Hotel for lunch then in the afternoon proceed to the renowned Ngorongoro Crater, the largest intact caldera in the world. Arrive at your lodge in the evening. Rest of the day at leisure. Dinner and overnight at camp/lodge.

Day 2: Serengeti National Park

Wake up early morning for breakfast then proceed for a half day Ngorongoro crater tour, the world largest and beautiful volcanic caldera, perhaps with our packed lunch, to capture the wildlife in early morning light before ascending the the rim departing for Serengeti National Park doubt as the endless open plains. Dinner and overnight at camp/lodge.

Day 3: Serengeti National Park

Full day on the Serengeti plains in search for wild game you might have missed the previous day game drive. Morning and afternoon game drives. Dinner and overnight at camp/lodge.

Day 4: Lake Manyara National Park

We will enjoy an early morning game drives at 06.00hrs in Serengeti in search of wildlife and then return to our campsite for late breakfast and checkout around 10.00hrs with picnic lunch boxes and game driving view en route in Serengeti National Park to Lake Manyara nestled at the base of the Great Rift Valley escarpment. OPTIONAL: Stop at the Oldupai Gorge, the site of Leakey’s famous discovery of fossils of human and animal ancestors dating back to almost two million years. Dinner and overnight at camp/lodge.

Day 5: Depart for Arusha

After breakfast we will venture into morning game drives exploring the stunning landscape of the Lake Manyara National park. Look out for wildlife on the plains, in the acacia woodlands and by the shores of the shallow alkaline lake. Located beneath the cliffs of the Manyara Escarpment, on the edge of the Rift Valley, Lake Manyara National Park offers varied ecosystems, incredible bird life, and breathtaking views. Lake Manyara is famous for tree-climbing lions. Later on you will drive back to your Arusha hotel arriving in time for lunch.
